I finally got brave and posted a photo of Nathan in all his chickenpox glory. Believe it or not, he looks better than he did, and his face wasn't the worst part.

2012/94 - Farewell
Today we said goodbye to our pal, Doc. This photo is actually a few months old, but I edited it for today and it hasn't appeared on my 365/366 before.

2012/93 - Heartache
Sarah Kate's cat, Doc, got into a scrape late last week. His wounds are severe - life threatening, unfortunately - and I took her to visit him today at the vet's office. It was hard for me to be in the room with them - she with her gentle stoicism, and he so obviously clinging to life.
She's always wanted to be a vet, you know; after watching her today I think it could happen.
